Writing Techniques

There is many ways on writing stories with basic methods and complicated ones writing stories and keeping it to track with a book to write or rough notes with a note book you could make different varieties of stories coming up with new ideas with just a piece of paper with that creating ideas that other people might like and enjoy like for example comic books, film books, romantic books and more this all had different techniques on expressing each of the story and how they are read out and this inspires the writer by maybe looking at an object or something they have expanded there minds to create something different and a lot more open.

Historical Writing

The historical writing pieces were like old books back in the day were it was just vintage comics or story novels or deep dark stories were the writers made a few years back all the historical stories were made and maybe kept so that the story of the book wouldn't just go away. In the historical books they are usually kept secret and away in maybe something like museums or libraries this shows the time on how the story of a book still exist with the writers ideas on make it happen. With the old comic books they are usually kept as a collection by a collector and stored safe since it has maybe some value to it because of the time and date that the writer made it as a copy of it.

Graphic Novel

The infinity gauntlet is one of the most longest stories ever made in the marvel comics shown the main villain for this was Thanos the mad titan this acquires him the six infinity stones and the gauntlet which granted him the power to rule the universe. Which him destroying half of the population in all of the worlds the only people that stopped him was the avengers as more superheroes teamed up to save the universe as they help one other on defeating Thanos. This is were some of the many superheroes sacrificed themselves trying to defeat Thanos as they died or just couldn't stop him with all that power with the infinity gauntlet is too strong, at one point the avengers just struggled on defeating him as more and more people came to help as nearly mostly everyone in the marvel comic, the superheroes just teamed up against him and Thanos could take it as he was defeated and got the infinity gauntlet taken back to it's original owner Adam Warlock with this story it becomes more in depth and deep in the story line as with it, it shows how the creator of the comic story added more people in the comic for the story and mostly had everyone involved to maybe show how serious the story line is.

Story

Thor is the son of odin, all father of the asgardian gods and the elder goddess gaea the living embodiment of earth itself. Thor was born centuries ago in a cave in norway. Once Thor was wielded odin brought him to asgard where he was raised to be the god of thunder and heir to the throne. As the asgardian god of thunder thor commands the thunder the lightning the wind and all the elements of the storm with his hammer mjolnir which was forged from the legendary indestructible asgardian metal uru. Mjolnir gives thor the power of flight and helps him channel focus or amplify his own godly elemental powers. Though the hammer is quite heavy by mortal standards, it can only be lifted by those deemed worthy to do so regardless of the would be wielder’s physical strength. After centuries of defending Asgard from its enemies Thor became too proud and grew headstrong. It was because of this that he was banished to midgard earth by his father to teach him some needed humility. Made mortal and given the form of the handicapped human doctor Donald Blake. Thor learned what it was like to be small and frail and how to be humble and truly noble despite being mortal. When in his mortal guise of Dr. Blake he is able to transform into his true godly form by striking his walking stick actually Mjolnir in disguise upon any solid surface causing the transformation that changes him into Thor and his walking stick into his hammer Mjolnir.  In the past this has now been taken away.

Powers to as the son of Odin and Gaea Thor's strength, endurance and resistance to injury are greater than the vast majority of his superhuman race. With him not getting hurt as much and has a massive healing factor. He is extremely long lived though not completely immune to aging immune to conventional disease and highly resistant to injury. His flesh and bones are several times denser than a human’s. As Lord of Asgard Thor possessed the Odinforce which enabled him to tap into the near-infinite resources of cosmic and mystical energies enhancing all of his abilities. With the vast magical power of the Odinforce Thor was even able to dent Captain America’s virtually indestructible shield with Mjolnir.

Story

After the outbreak of World War II in Europe a young American patriot named Steve Rogers was inspired to serve his country by joining the United States Army. When he attempted to enlist Steve was rejected due to his skinny anemic physique and was classified 4F. However he garnered the attention of certain people including scientist Doctor Abraham Erskine who was searching for suitable volunteers test subjects for a top secret experimental program designed to create an army of Super Soldiers. As a result of Operation Rebirth Steve Rogers gained speed, strength, flexibility, endurance and agility of nearly superhuman levels. These heightened abilities coupled with his unwavering courage and never say die attitude eventually made him Captain America a living legend. Weight:  220 lbs

Powers and abilities Captain America represented the pinnacle of human physical perfection. He experienced a time when he was augmented to superhuman levels but generally performed just below superhuman levels for most of his career. Captain America had a very high intelligence as well as agility strength, speed, endurance, and reaction time superior to any Olympic athlete who ever competed. The Super Soldier formula that he had metabolized had enhanced all of his bodily functions to the peak of human efficiency. Most notably, his body eliminates the excessive build up of fatigue producing poisons in his muscles granting him phenomenal endurance. Less abilities Captain America had mastered the martial arts of American style boxing and judo, and had combined these disciplines with his own unique hand to hand style of combat. He had also shown skill and knowledge of a number of other martial arts. He engaged in a daily regimen of rigorous exercise including aerobics, weight lifting, gymnastics, and simulated combat to keep himself in peak condition. Captain America was one of the finest human combatants earth had ever known.

Task 2 Writing your story

Story

Setting an alarm at 6:00, waking up in the morning looking dead about to get ready for college having breakfast, brushing my teeth etc.. Then after all the I have enough time for a quick workout with pull up, push ups and sit ups to keep awake in the morning also keeping fit. As I make my way to college walking toward a bridge with road work signs everywhere as a huge truck comes at a fast speed and crashes and spills toxin everyone around the area as civilians hid from corners and away from crash, I got hit by the toxin and flew out of the bridge and fell into the lake as no one noticed that someone was missing in the incident.

A couple of hours later I crawled out of the lake as I make my way home injured and in pain, I sneaked in the house taking a shower relaxing my body then slept in bed. An hour later I woke up feeling so different and felt like everything has changed, I ignored it as I got ready for college when I worked out and did some pull ups I noticed that the bar broke and bended as I fell to the floor with the bar broke, I got up and confused as the bar couldn't carry my own weight then I just ignored it as I went to college like a normal day but throughout the day I noticed something happening as I went to the toilet and noticed that my strength has increased as I can break things easily when I broke the door in the toilet and freaked out and left without no one seeing. I skipped all my lessons and ran out to figure out how to control my abilities and thought to myself maybe I could do more.

I went to the back of my house and got some scrap wood and metal then I hung up the wood and metal then punch each one as they broke in pieces and bend back. I was amazed on what I could do and then I tried jumping and see what that could do as I levitated off the ground I flew to the clouds and fell down uncontrollable on what I was doing hen hit the ground, I realized that I wasn't hurt and felt no pain the again I was surprised on what just happened then I started running as I notice my speed was going faster and faster when no one can notice I'm there. I tried going to a bank as I ran inside and came back to my house with a lot of cash.

A few hours later I became one of the most wanted unknown person in the news that's looted every money in one bank, in hours, I was at my house with all of the money and not knowing where to put it, but I felt like one of those super villains in a cartoon or something that just take stuff and a hero comes in and help out but for me what's the need helping people, the planet we live in is a horrible place and doesn't need helping and also the amount of times I had bad memories from school, college it just bugs me that why should they need help. I thought about that to myself in my room with all that money then something hit me, something that I have a calling on.

The anger hit me with rage and fury as I went to the town flying and breaking, wrecking buildings and statues as civilians run away with fear. That's when the police came as they fire guns at me, the bullets just bounces out like a soft ball then the firing stops, I just looked at them and laughed then I just flew away whilst destroying other buildings that I come pass as the police couldn't do anything. A few hours pass as I look down at earth, I took in charge as people beg for help and mercy. I took civilians as prisoners and slaves as they were mine to command. In the end planet earth was mine.

My ideas for my story, I thought of the DC Comics character named Black Adam as he was very dominant taking over earth as a villain as he is powerful and has similarities abilities and feeling to my character in the story. As he was just thinking of just anger and wanting to destroy everything, he always wants to be in control and in charge so I found this images as an inspiration for my characters similarities. As you can see there's dead bodies as he just killed many innocent men and women, it just shows how dominant he is in the villain side of the comic story line.

Also another character idea named Thanos on how he wants the own the universe and take control over everything as it is also similar to my character story on destruction. His story is dark on how his parents are killed with him the only child he grew up on anger and wanting to take over as in the comics several marvel heroes team up to go against him with Thanos owning the six infinity stones he has full of rage and hate on the living as I found out in the comics of marvel I got inspirited on the similarities between my character and Thanos so I had an idea so by that I created a character with my own story similar to Thanos.

From the latest film I also had ideas with the new avengers age of ultron film on how ultron shows on takes over on earth by destroying earth and wants to take over as global destruction making every living being on earth extinct for ultron it was kind of different with the story but it I still took that inspiration of an idea by adding it to my characters aspects because in the film ultron was just created and he was scared and lonely as rage and evil just took over him and always wanting to kill as he faces the avengers by destroying ultron to stop him from killing everyone on earth. I found that story of the film interesting so I had ideas my character making him shy, scared, innocent at first and making him different from there.

Task 4 Development of a storyboard

Storyboard

This is the first scene for my storyboard, this shows how I started off my day and what I did throughout the day then after that it goes on, on how my character in the story develops and changes his aspects and abilities.

Then this shows scene two, these six boxes shows what happened on the storyboard for my character on how he's changed so much on what he does as he developed with new abilities and powers on how he robbed a bank and showed his new abilities on what he can do then on the last box shows that the news were looking for him and how a mysterious person just took all of the money in the bank instantly.

Then it continues to the third scene where how the character in the storyboard changed as he had deep thoughts and bad memories in the past on bullying and as he rush through the cities as he destroys buildings, statues and the police got involved. They started shooting at him as he didn't even get hurt, this is when everyone started worrying on how to stop him as you see innocent civilians running away.

And for the last scene, scene four shows how he still continues to destroy earth and as the time goes pass he looks at earth in a big wreckage and as he looks down to earth with all the innocent civilians begging, going down on their knees asking for help and forgiveness. But he just showed no mercy on how he turned every innocent people into slaves and near the end no one couldn't stop him as he just took control of everything as he took over planet earth.

Task 5 Further Development of storyboard

Further Development Storyboard

For the first scene I tried improving it by adding more colours and detail drawings to the objects and this shows that what my character is doing on his day and what happens throughout the day with this, this is what my character did.

On the second scene it pretty much explains it all on how he's gained new skills and abilities on how he stole a bank and got caught on the news on what happened, with that I added new colours and deep lines on object to make it more details. I tried filling colours on each boxes to make it colorful and stand out.

This is my third scene and on this scene shows that the things that happened to the city when my character went to it as I added more colours to make it more detail on the destruction of the city and how police got involved and started shooting with bullets. I tried to make more depth with a little bit of detail on the drawing.

For the last scene I colored earth and how it stood out more with the effect of earth being destroyed then in some boxes I colored the continuous destruction on cities as my character shoots out red laser beams to buildings and with that I showed how the innocent civilians struggled and begged for help as my character in the end hovered outer space as he took over earth.

Task 6 Outcome

Synopsis

For this scene it was my last scene where my character in the story was already in a situation of destroying and wrecking stuff like buildings and statues with civilians running away scared already and crying for help and the police got involved on trying to arrest my character. In this last scene my character had deep thoughts and bad memories on being bad and how he is sick of being pushed around being told what to do and thought about just taking over and wanting things just for himself also wanting things to go his way and near the end it shows the scene where he just took over earth by look at the people and how people begged for help and forgiveness by that he just took over earth by making it his and by that doing anything he wants to do with no one telling him with that he made all civilian people as slaves as he was in charged over everyone and anyone.
